We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your course, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
- You have completed less than 20% of the course content
- You have not downloaded any course materials or claimed a certificate
- The purchase was made directly through the RGenie Platform (not through a third-party reseller)
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date
- You have completed 20% or more of the course content
- A certificate of completion has been issued
- The course was purchased using a coupon or promotional discount of 50% or more
- The course was part of a bundle (bundle refund policy applies โ see Section 5)
- Duplicate purchases (please contact us immediately for duplicate order resolution)
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your RGenie account and navigate to My Orders
- Select the order for which you are requesting a refund
- Click "Request Refund" and provide a brief reason for your request
- Alternatively, email support@rgenie.in with your order number and reason
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5โ7 business days to reflect in your account
- UPI / Net Banking: 3โ5 business days
- Wallets: 1โ3 business days
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. GST paid on the original transaction will be refunded in accordance with applicable GST regulations.
5. Bundle and Promotional Purchases
For course bundles, refunds are only available if none of the courses in the bundle have been accessed beyond 20% completion. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
6. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access a course due to a technical issue on our end, please contact our support team at support@rgenie.in. We will resolve the issue promptly or offer a full refund regardless of the 7-day window if the issue is attributable to our Platform.
