1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RGenie Solutions platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RGenie Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase courses on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@rgenie.in of any unauthorised use of your account. RGenie Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Course Enrolment and Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course(s) through our learning management system. Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or course content with any third party.

Course access periods, where applicable, will be specified on the course detail page at the time of purchase. RGenie Solutions reserves the right to update course content to reflect industry changes and improvements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to course videos, materials, assessments, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of RGenie Solutions Private Limited or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content without prior written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract content from the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measures
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors on the Platform

7. Payments and Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By completing a purchase, you authorise RGenie Solutions to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.

8. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting the course completion criteria as defined within each course. Certificates are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional licences or regulatory qualifications unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RGenie Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

RGenie Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Prior to initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
