Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital Products Only
RGenie Solutions exclusively offers digital products (online courses, certificates, and learning materials). There is no physical shipping involved. All products are delivered electronically via our Platform.
1. Nature of Products
All products sold on the RGenie Platform are digital in nature, including:
- Online courses (video lessons, assessments, and interactive modules)
- Digital certificates of completion
- Downloadable course materials and resources
No physical goods are shipped. This policy is provided in compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations that require a shipping/delivery policy to be published.
2. Delivery of Digital Products
Upon successful payment confirmation, your course access will be activated immediately (typically within 5 minutes). You will receive:
- An order confirmation email with your order number and receipt
- A course access email with a direct link to begin learning
- Access to the course via your learner dashboard at rgenie.in/learner/dashboard
3. Delivery Timelines

4. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If you do not receive access to your course within 30 minutes of payment, please:
- Check your spam/junk email folder for the confirmation email
- Log in to your RGenie account and check My Courses
- Contact our support team at support@rgenie.in with your order number
Our team will resolve access issues within 2 business hours during working hours (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM IST).
5. Geographic Availability
RGenie courses are accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Pricing is primarily in Indian Rupees (INR). International learners may be charged in their local currency depending on their payment method, subject to applicable exchange rates.
6. Governing Law
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
